  2. Honoured mister Willie,

let me say, that for me is your music and style, image, example of life for ages very energizing and stimulating. Huge thanks. I had only chance to see you in Vienna – never forget it…amazing because truthful, sincere, honest.

  4. Willie and Bobbie,

The girls have it right… . But you, Willie, … I know that life sometimes feels like it is turned upside down. Whatever it is… you are and have been on the right track since Armadillo Headquarters and Soap Creek Saloon days in Austin, Texas… before 6th Street was what it is today. Keep up the good work, Willie, Bobbie and band (Oh, Bobbie, I have submitted my letter to the Country Music Hall of Fame with your nomination… it is time). Thank you both for your continuous dedications to Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys, Hank Williams, Ray Price, Django Reinhardt, Andre Sagovia, Sons of the Pioneers, and my hometown (Nacogdoches, Texas) native son- Paul Buskirk… and for signing my guitar back in Lancaster, PA. a year or so ago. You could throw in a Hank Snow tune every now and then… but don’t get me wrong, that is only mild constructive criticism, Willie. See you soon. Randy (misplaced Texan).

  5. I am a big fan of Willie’s music. I am a 53 year old baritone ukulele player and love a wide variety of music. I love some of the more spiritful music that I hear in It Always Will Be, Spirit, Teatro, and Picture in a Frame. The country style lyrics and guitar solos have me listening to these albums over an over during my commute time. I am inspired to use my ears more on my own single note solos.

Thanks Willie for sharing your soul through music.

  6. Willie Nelson, I’m a Brazilian fan of you.
Your music is sensacional!!! When will you come back to Brazil?

That was a great honor Willie. You are still pickin’ and singing good. I was born in Austin. Armadillo Headquarters, Broken Spoke , etc. we’re always great places and loved your shows. You still got it Mr. Willie and family. Love your 2 latest albums, Band of Bros. And Django with the Hag. Hope you can put on a show I can see. I live near Houston but get up to the capital city often. Luv ya Willie.

  8. Hey Willie, reading “It’s A Long Story” near the end. Had to stop reading and find your web site. Tears in my eyes, I loved Waylon and Johnny too, still do, they are a part of me. Once at the end of a concert at Lloyd Noble in Norman, Waylon called out where’s Willie when I need him. God I have strong feelings for your life, your songs, your views of this life and how you deal with all the things the good lord sends us. I am a golfer, at Belmar, see Toby nearly every day. Golf is golf, and man it is great. I want to visit Abbott some day just to say been there. I was born in a small town is Oklahoma, Lindsay. Now live with my best friend in east Norman on 10 acres. Love my deer and turkey-also SCUBA, fish, hunt, etc. and listen to country, jazz, blues, Sinatra, Buble’, Patsy, -sort of eclectic in my music. Travel to Wynnewood weekly to check on my 90 year old aunt who lives now in her dad and mom’s home across from the high school, right where she was born. God Bless you Willie Nelson. Keep it going and see you someday. Kenny
