  1. Where is the tour going. Will you be in the North East?

Here is my tribute. It’s proof appreciation for him is not lost on the youth, even the very young!

Wondering if Willie Nelson will soon be coming to Buffalo, NY to the First Niagara Arena.

  4. Hi my name is Brandy Randow. I’m writing because Willie has been my idol since I was born. My mom and dad used to play his music and it was the only thing that would put me to sleep as a baby. In a world full of meaningless songs he has gotten me through the good and bad times. I feel close to him without even having met him. This past Christmas all I asked for was tickets to your concert tonight 4-16-16 at Whitewater and my parents made that dream come true. This will be my first Willie concert. I figured it would be worth a shot to ask if I could have my second dream come true and at least get a picture with him and shake the mans hand that has had such a huge impact on my entire life. I know he’s a busy man so if not I understand. Like I said I just figured it would be worth a shot.
    Thank you for your time.

    Your biggest fan,
    Brandy Randow

I just finished reading your book “It’s A Long Story”. It was most enjoyable and my husband is going to read it next. I could relate so much to your life, because I was born out in the country of West Monroe, LA in l941. And like you, we did not know we were poor. We had plenty of loving and the church. On Saturday night, with our shoes polished and hair washed, we settled down to bed. Daddy turned the radio on to the Grand Old Opry and Ernest Tubbs sang all four kids to sleep. Thank you for the memories.
My prayers are with you at the difficult time and God be with you, remember all your wonderful times and be thankful you had a wonderful friend like Merle. God bless. Ginger

I go to bed every night listening to Willie’s “HEROES”. Merle joins on some songs. My favorite is “A HORSE CALLED MUSIC”. Merle says, “HE DAMNED NEAR LAID DOWN AND DIED”. Merle, like Willie and Waylon, have their own special ways of singing their stories. It truly saddens me that the REAL COUNTRY MUSIC LEADERS are almost all gone. Young people today just have no clue! Well, unless they are children of them. I like listening to Lukus and Micah with their Dad. Yes, I know Micah prefers Art and I think that’s great.
I am truly saddened by the death of Merle. May God hold his family close as they learn to live without him.
I have to say that I have loved Willie for as long as I can remember. He was in Charlotte, NC in January and I went to the concert. I begged, pleaded, bargained and bribed just to have five minutes with Willie….It just ain’t ever gonna happen!!! I waited 61 years to go see him and I might as well just keep on dreaming cos I will never get that five minutes. Next best thing I can do is put on my headset and one of the over $200.00’s worth of CD’s I bought after going to the concert, climb in bed and go to sleep hearing Willie singing. See, I sleep with Willie every night!!!
A big thank you to all of the “Outlaws”! You made the world happy with your musicā£
    Much Love.
    Kathy
